Our aim is to foster and develop the skills to learn, grow and succeed in the 21st century.
Students will visit the Hutt River Space at the intersection of Powell and Albert Streets to collaborate with local community agencies. Their tasks include identifying native vegetation, removing invasive species, and receiving training on the local environment. They will also learn about native and invasive plant species and collect seed samples to grow native seedlings for future reintroduction. The session will conclude just after recess, after which students will return to school.
