Content: In Year 12 students have a range of Stage 2 Arts subjects that offer in-depth exploration and specialization. Creative Arts provides students with the opportunity to focus on various media such as photography, video production, and digital imaging, using industry-standard software and equipment to create and refine their work. Visual Art: Art is a comprehensive course where students engage in a wide array of art disciplines, including painting, sculpture, and digital media, allowing them to develop a personal artistic style and process. Visual Art: Design emphasizes practical design skills across fields like product and environmental design, with a focus on creating authentic design products through detailed research and problem-solving. Drama involves collaborative and individual performance work, encouraging students to explore diverse perspectives and develop skills in staging and presenting theatrical pieces. Music Performance – Solo & Ensemble prepares students for advanced performance, requiring regular practice and public performances, with assessments for both solo and ensemble work. Each subject is assessed according to SACE Performance Standards, and additional fees may apply for materials and excursions.
