VISION

Clare High School is a learning community that inspires, supports and challenges every young person to engage in achieving success, foster education, social development and wellbeing.

Clare High School aims to provide quality secondary education for all students to enable them to succeed with the support of both staff and parents. The school has a strong tradition of academic excellence and offers a broad and challenging range of subjects to enable students to access future study and vocational success. The curriculum emphasises the importance of learning within the local and global communities and provides opportunities to develop values of:

ACHIEVEMENT • EDUCATION • INVOLVEMENT • RELATIONSHIPS • RESPECT

Our Site Improvement Plan is based on Improving Teaching, Learning and Wellbeing. High quality teaching and learning is the hallmark of Clare High School. Our teachers are highly passionate and committed to supporting every young person to achieve their personal best at every level of schooling and pathway.

The Clare High School community believes that its students are at the centre of all its endeavours. We model a strong embedded belief that every child can learn. Our strong parent and community networks support the students in their achievements and impart the values that lead to their academic, social and personal development.

“This is a school that is genuinely at the heart of the community”

Parent involvement is valued and encouraged by joining Governing Council, involvement in fundraising, grounds and facilities, attendance at parent teacher interviews, regular communication with teachers and in supporting extra-curricular activities.

Clare High School engages all young people in challenging, purposeful and inclusive learning activities. We look forward to working as a team to provide the best educational outcome for your child.
